This camshaft came out of a 2004 Chevy 2500HD with a 6.0l Gas engine. The truck had 190k miles when a overhaul was preformed. The camshaft has a groove on one of the bearing journals. You might be able to use emry cloth to smoothen it out prior to use. The cam lobes are in good condition. This is a final sales item, no return, and priced to sell.
